Our contractor, Kevin Kucera, suggested we use Wheeler for our recent master bath renovation. Keith from Wheeler come to our house to measure and ask questions about the design of our cabinets. He even made suggestions about placing plugs in the drawers for the hairdryers. The process was very seamless from design approval to the paint and hardware selections, to the actual installation. Our cabinets are beautiful and are very well made. We will definitely use them again for our next renovation!

Last year I decided to remodel my kitchen. After living in the house for 35 years it was time! We had made some changes over the years with appliances, wallpaper etc but the cabinets were very dated. We decided to knockout a wall and really increase the size and functionality of the space. I contacted Teresa Hamilton, a kitchen designer, who immediately put me in touch with Wheeler Woodworks. Donna Wheeler, Teresa and I worked through ideas and created a space that is perfect! Donna and her staff were very, very helpful. I visited their workshop and selected the style, color and hardware that worked best for me. I had particular requests - trying to incorporate a coffee/bar area , a space for a television that would swivel to serve several spots and some cabinet requests to suit some equipment I wanted to store in a certain way. At each juncture they were accommodating and helpful. I received very detailed cad drawings that I could "tweak" to get what I wanted. Not only did they not mind my adjustments, they were happy to make changes and to suggest improvements as well. I could not be happier... the "shelter in place" that has kept us home for the last six plus months has not been a problem because we LOVE our space and are happier here than we would be any place else. I recommend Wheeler Woodworks, their staff and their fabulous cabinetry. Best I have ever seen!

Few people truly grasp what they are getting into when they sign up for their first home renovation. Common advice tends to sound something like, “expect to spend twice your budget” and “expect it to take twice as much time.” Having been through a year long renovation, I can attest that those stereotypes did apply to many facets of my project, but my experience with Wheeler was all together different. First, and most importantly, they listened to me... and I mean really listened, as I explained my vision for my project and all the little unconventional nuances that came along with it. As we worked through the design, their years of experience provided sound and insightful guidance on the best way to execute each idea without ever defaulting back to a formulaic layout. Their planning was unmatched. Measurements, spot on. Product materials, the best of the best. No detail was too small for them to pick up the phone and ask me how I wanted things done. For a client who is particular (to say the least) in design and detail, these qualities were priceless, because they gave me peace of mind at a time when I was shrouded in chaos. I never had to worry about staying ten steps ahead of them. They treated me with the warmth of a family and I knew how much they cared about doing the project right the first time. I loved the people, I loved the process, and every time I walk into my dream kitchen, I pinch myself at how much I love the end result.

I am a graduate Architect and have spent the majority of my career designing and supervising the construction of film sets, and many residential projects in Canada and the U.S. over the past 30yrs. A few years back, my husband and I began renovations on our newly purchased 1963 home in Atlanta. My husband and I live in an old condominium building that was built in 1924. Suffice it to say, it has plenty of quirks! Previously, we had worked with Wheeler on a small project in our study that required very precise measurements and attention to detail. The project was a huge success, and so when we decided to renovate our very small kitchen, we turned again to Wheeler. Wheeler did not disappoint.
